Aswan granite head of Queen Tiye. She was the great royal wife of Pharaoh Amenhotep III. Her husband devoted a number of shrines to a constructed temple dedicated to her in Sedeinga in Nubia where she was worshiped as a form of the goddess Hathor-Tefnut. He also had an artificial lake built for her in his Year 12.
